We depend on our rivers and streams. So do a copious amount of other living things. This chalk art project completed in the Salmon Creek Regional Park by Klineline Pond is a tribute to those waterways.

The rough asphalt walkway was not as conducive to chalk detail, but with the help of two of my children, Nicholas and Johanna we attempted to bring these concepts to life in our short strip of river. We had help from a few others who were curious about what we were creating and stopped to lend a hand. To those individuals, I would like to say, thank you for supporting our efforts! I have a feeling this one won’t last long as rain is in the forecast, but luckily all these chalk art project are immortalized in pictures. ENJOY.
